Barsys Return Policy

30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

 

Within the first 30 days after you receive your Barsys automated cocktail maker, if you are not satisfied, you can return it for a refund of the amount paid, including any shipping charges. Barsys’ risk-free guarantee will not apply if the Barsys automated cocktail maker was damaged due to improper use or accidents and/or it was opened or tampered with in any way.

 

In order to receive a refund for your Barsys automated cocktail maker, you must return it in its original box, secured in the original packaging. Please contact Barsys at support@barsys.io, in order to receive return authorization and a shipping label to return the machine.

 

Limited Warranty

 

After the initial 30 day risk free guarantee period, we will only accept returns subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty. You must contact Barsys at support@barsys.io, to determine eligibility for a repair or replacement unit under the Limited Warranty. If eligible, Barsys will provide you with a return authorization and a shipping label to return the machine at no cost to you.

  • All returned products must be shipped with the original packaging.

  • You must return eligible returns through the process provided by Barsys, using the carrier and shipping label provided.

  • Barsys is not responsible for packages sent any other way or lost in transit without proof of tracking.

  • Refunds for purchases will be credited back to original form of payment only.
